Lou Dela Pena

Leads Publicis Singapore and has 18 years of experience in brand leadership under her wing, having worked with global and iconic brands such as Singapore Airlines, HSBC, Corona, Lexus, Mondelez, Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and Audi. She started her career as a client before setting up her own marketing services agency in Manila before becoming a Managing Director at 28, leading a team in Bates 141 Philippines. However, being a budding entrepreneur at heart, she soon moved to become Head of New Business followed by General Manager of TBWA\Singapore before taking on the role of CEO at Publicis.

Ed Booty

is the Regional Head of Planning for Publicis Asia Pacific, overseeing the network’s strategic thinking across the region. Ed joined the industry as a planner and has since been voted one of the UK’s Top 10 Planners and has been the winner of a range of creative and effectiveness awards. Before joining Publicis, Ed was Ogilvy’s APAC Head of Planning for Unilever and Coca-Cola Company. Prior to that, he was based in London as the Head of International Planning for the BBH Group, as well as Head of Effectiveness. Ed has led strategy on a range of global brands including Johnnie Walker, Dulux and Audi.
