Tricia Weener is Head of Marketing for HSBC Commercial Banking and Global Banking & Markets, Asia Pacific. She is responsible for 19 markets in the region, directing customer research and insight, planning and effectiveness, campaigns and brand, sponsorship, proposition implementation, digital and content marketing. Prior to this she was Head of Marketing Communications, Campaign & Digital Strategy for Commercial Banking globally responsible for events, sponsorship activation, brand, content creation and digital marketing. Tricia joined HSBC in August 2009 as Head of Marketing & Communications for Commercial Banking, Europe. With over 20 years experience client and agency side, Tricia started her career at British Aerospace before moving to The Marketing Partnership working on ABN AMRO, Alpha Airports Group, Bank of Butterfield, Hoverspeed Fast Ferries and St James's Place, and then on to an international marketing role with Alpha Airports Group. Prior to HSBC, Tricia founded and ran integrated marketing and communications agency, Intelligent Marketing, working across a number of blue-chip clients, including Diageo, Honda, HSBC, Lufthansa, TaylorMade Golf and Weight Watchers.
Piotr Jakubowski is the Chief Marketing Ojek at GO-JEK, Indonesia's leading on-demand technology company with social impact at the core. He has been tasked with bringing marketing excellence and innovation to the GO-JEK family of products and services.
Previously, Piotr was the Head of Digital at VML Indonesia, growing the office from just 5 employees to the Indonesia Digital Agency of the Year within just two years. Throughout his career, Piotr has worked with brands such as Adidas, Coca-Cola, Danone, Mattel, McDonald's, Prudential, Samsung, Unilever among others.
He is an avid photographer and is constantly on the lookout for new visual challenges.
Vice President, Channels, Asia
NBCUniversal International Networks
Scott Mackenzie is Vice President, Channels, Asia, for NBCUniversal International Networks. In this role, he oversees areas including Programming, Production, Creative and Marketing for the company’s pay TV business in the region. He also spearheads the network group’s social and digital content initiatives.
Prior to taking on this role, Scott was based in NBCUniversal’s Tokyo office, where he was most recently Director of Business Development with Universal Pictures International Entertainment. Previously, he had also served as Channel Director, Japan and Korea, from 2008 to 2012.
Before joining NBCU, Scott spent nearly a decade with Viacom, wrapping up his time there as MTV’s Head of Programming in Seoul. He also was with MTV in both Berlin and New York, where he worked across departments including International Programming, Talent and Music, and Show Development.
Scott has a Master’s degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
