Bjorn is a seasoned marketer and entrepreneurial business leader with over 15 years of experience across Europe and Asia. The scope of his experience covers a broad spectrum: branding, marketing, strategy, digital marketing transformation and demand generation.
At PropertyGuru Group, Bjorn is responsible for all facets of the company’s integrated marketing efforts towards Consumers, Real Estate Developers and Property Agents. Since joining, he has led a company-wide initiative to recast the Group’s reputation and positioning in the market, building Southeast Asia’s strongest marketing team. He drives the company’s branding, consumer marketing, trade marketing and lifecycle marketing disciplines and leads a team of approximately 80 marketing staff across the Group’s offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
Prior to joining PropertyGuru Group in April 2013, Bjorn spent over 10 years at electronics giant Philips, holding various marketing positions. His last position with the company was Senior Director of Marketing/Marketing Lead for Philips Consumer Lifestyle Sector in Southeast Asia. Bjorn is also the co-founder of a series of start-up businesses and holds several supervisory board positions.
Bjorn is a regular speaker at industry events such as Marketing Asia Conference, A+M’s Content 360 Conference and eTail Asia. He is particularly passionate about how marketers can help their fellow leaders put the customer at the core of the business to deliver sustainable, long-term growth.

Emma Heap is the Managing Director for foodpanda Singapore, the leading online food delivery marketplace in Southeast Asia having joined the business in early 2015. Prior to foodpanda, she worked for five years at Groupon after graduating from the London School of Economics. In her role, Emma ensures sustainable and profitable relationships with customers and merchants to grow the online food ordering industry in Singapore.
Throughout her career, Emma has worked in multiple countries improving the operations and organizational structures of Groupon. Previously as Operations Director, she oversaw operations, people and strategy, as well as revenue management, product management and marketing. Some of her key successes while at Groupon include driving double-digit revenue growth within 6 months in her role, increasing customer sign up and mobile revenue, as well as reducing customer attrition through increased customer engagement.

Tito Costa is the Chief Marketing Officer at Zalora, the leading fashion e-commerce company in South-east Asia. He joined Zalora after launching several internet businesses in Europe and Asia as Managing Director at Rocket Internet.
Before joining Rocket Internet, Tito worked in management consulting at McKinsey & Company, in private equity with Synergo SGR and as a visiting researcher in computer engineering at Stanford University.
Tito holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and a Master’s Degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Bologna, Italy.
